The event brings together senior government officials, global PropTech leaders, developers, and investors to explore innovation, governance, asset management, customer experience, and capital flows shaping the future of real estate.

Matthew Maltzoff, CEO of PropTech Connect, highlighted the importance of high-impact partnerships and global collaboration to accelerate innovation across the world’s largest asset class, calling on participants to translate ideas into actionable growth opportunities.

Majed Al Marri, CEO of the Real Estate Registration Sector at DLD, said Dubai is transforming real estate innovation into sustainable economic value through digital transformation and artificial intelligence, supported by flexible regulation, data-driven governance, and advanced digital infrastructure. He also noted the strong performance of Dubai’s real estate market in early 2026, with transactions reaching AED 111 billion across more than 22,000 deals.
